16 October 2006: the GVN website receives the Innovation Prize at the 2006 Möbius international multimedia festival.
On 15 October the jury of the 14th Möbius international multimedia festival in Montreal awarded its Innovation Prize to the Grand Versailles Numérique showcase website, which the festival's organisers described as "a real showcase for the digital revolution by the Palace of Versailles, providing an entertaining interactive way of exploring the buildings and history of this emblematic world heritage site".
